What’s Included in Your Retreat Experience

Your retreat experience includes the beautiful welcome dinner on the first evening, where we will come together, connect, and begin our journey as a community in the heart of Rome.

Your private VIP experience exploring Rome is also included in the retreat price. Together, we will discover the beauty, history, and magic of the city in a private vehicle, creating unforgettable memories and capturing incredible moments along the way.

Throughout the retreat, every evening will include a unique experience designed to immerse you in the beauty, culture, and magic of Rome. These will also be included.
Ayo will be coaching and supporting through out the entire journey.

What Is Not Included

To give you complete freedom and flexibility, accommodation and the remaining meals are not included in the retreat price.

This allows you to choose the room category that feels best for you, as well as enjoy Rome in your own way, whether that means exploring different meal options, experiencing local cuisine, or choosing the dining experiences that inspire you most.

Our intention is to create a retreat that feels expansive and luxurious without limiting your choices. You will have the freedom to experience Rome fully, while we take care of the transformational moments, connections, and experiences we create together.

Welcome Dinner 7 Jan

We will begin our beautiful retreat with a welcome dinner. By this point, everyone will have arrived, settled in, relaxed, and checked into the hotel. This evening will be our first opportunity to come together, connect, and begin the retreat journey as a group. This dinner is more than just a meal. It is a beautiful ritual of bonding, of creating connections, and of breaking bread together in the heart of Rome. It is a chance to slow down, share stories, meet one another, and set the energy for everything we are about to experience together. The welcome dinner is included in the retreat price.

Day 1 Reset 8 Jan

Day one is dedicated to inspiration, adventure, and creating unforgettable content that brings your brand to life. We will begin our journey with a private VIP tour of Rome, exploring the beauty of the city in the comfort of a private vehicle. Together, we will immerse ourselves in the culture, history, and magic of Rome, visiting iconic locations and experiencing the city in a truly unique and memorable way. Throughout the day, we will capture behind-the-scenes moments, lifestyle content, and reels designed to showcase your journey, your brand, and your unique story. Day 2 Recalibrate 9 Jan

On our second day together, we come as a community to reflect, strategize, and create the foundation for your magical 2027! We will mastermind around your business, reviewing what worked in 2026, what didn’t, and the key lessons that will shape your next level of growth. Together, we will outline your 2027 game plan, identify your biggest opportunities, refine your priorities, and create a clear strategic roadmap to move forward with confidence. Day 3 Reignite 10 Jan

Our final day together is about bringing everything into alignment and solidifying the vision created during the retreat. Although Rome is magical, the energy in the busiest areas can feel overwhelming, even in January. That is why we chose a location that gives you the best of both worlds: a central position close to the city’s iconic landmarks, while still feeling spacious, calm, and removed from the crowds.

NH Collection Palazzo Cinquecento offers elegant surroundings, beautiful gardens, a rooftop terrace, and the comfort of a true Roman palace. It is a place where you can relax, reconnect, and fully embrace the beauty and magic of this retreat.

How To Book

To secure your place on the retreat, the first step is to complete your deposit payment for the retreat and experiences. Once this is confirmed, you will be able to choose your preferred room at the hotel.

We wanted to give everyone the freedom to select what works best for them, whether that means choosing a specific room type, size, or adding breakfast to their stay. We know that some guests enjoy starting their day with breakfast, while others prefer a different routine, so breakfast will not be included as a standard part of the retreat experience.

Once we have the final number of attendees, we will coordinate the room options and next steps with everyone directly.

Your retreat investment includes three full days of coaching, planning, and strategic support with Ayo, where we will dive into your business, your vision, and your goals for 2027.

It also includes all organization costs, with my team involved in coordinating every detail to create a seamless experience for you. Your first dinner together is included, as well as our beautiful Rome experience on Day 1, where we will explore the city and create unforgettable memories together.

After our focused business sessions each day, we will also have time to enjoy, connect, and experience the magic of Rome through surprise experiences designed for the group. These special moments are included on Day Two and Day Three, creating the perfect balance between deep business growth, connection, and fun.

You will also receive content collateral from the entire trip to later use on social media.

Hotel Accommodation & Arrival Details

Your accommodation at NH Collection Palazzo Cinquecento starts from €902.64 for the stay between 7–11 January 2027.

We highly recommend arriving on 7 January so you have time to settle in, rest, and acclimatize before we begin. You are welcome to arrive earlier if you wish and you can also book additional nights at the same hotel.

We do not recommend arriving on 8 January, as we will start early with our Rome city experience, and arriving in the middle of the night or rushing straight into the retreat will not allow you to fully enjoy the experience. The best way to begin is to arrive on the 7th, relax, connect with everyone, and join our beautiful welcome dinner that evening.

Check-out will be on 11 January, giving us three full retreat days together on 8, 9, and 10 January.

Once you secure your deposit for the retreat experience, my team will connect with you to coordinate your hotel booking. You will receive information about the different room options, and you will be able to choose what works best for you, whether that is a beautiful single room, a suite, or an executive suite.

You can also choose whether you would like breakfast included or not, as we know everyone has different routines. Some guests love starting the day with breakfast, while others prefer a different schedule.

It is important that everyone stays at the same hotel because our mastermind session will take place inside one of the hotel’s VIP rooms on Day Two, and being together in one location will make the entire experience smoother, including transportation and coordination.

You are welcome to share a room with another retreat attendee or have your own private space, depending on your preference. If someone joins you and is also attending the retreat experience, they will need to secure their own retreat place as well.

You are also welcome to bring your partner. If they would like to join us for the Rome experience on the first day, they will simply need to purchase access to that experience separately.

How much is the retreat?

The retreat experience is $2,999 until 1 September 2026. After this date, the investment will increase to $3,999.

Where will we be staying?

We will be staying at NH Collection Palazzo Cinquecento, a five-star palace in the heart of Rome. We intentionally chose this location because it offers the perfect balance between being central and accessible while still providing a peaceful, elegant environment away from the busiest tourist areas. You can choose from different options, including a beautiful single room, a suite, or an executive suite. You can also decide whether you would like breakfast included or not.
Accommodation starts from €902.64 for 7–11 January 2027.

Will meals be included?

The welcome dinner is included. The rest of your meals are not included because we want you to have the freedom to experience Rome in your own way, choose the restaurants you love, and enjoy the food and culture without being restricted by a pre-planned meal package.

When should I arrive?

We highly recommend arriving on 7 January 2027 so you have time to settle in, rest, and connect with everyone before the retreat begins. We do not recommend arriving on 8 January, as we will start early with our Rome experience and you want to be fully present from the beginning.

Can I share a room with someone?

Yes. You can choose to share a room with another retreat attendee or have your own private room. The choice is completely yours.

What will we work on during the coaching sessions?

We will focus on creating your blueprint for 2027, including: Your business vision and growth strategy. Your offers and scalability. Your launch strategy. Your content strategy. What is currently working in the changing digital landscape. How to position yourself and create stronger results in 2027. You will receive direct strategic guidance and feedback based on your business.

Will this be only business, or will there be time to enjoy Rome?

This retreat is designed to create the perfect balance between business growth and unforgettable experiences. We will have deep strategy sessions, but we will also explore Rome, enjoy beautiful Italian experiences, connect over meals, and create memories together. Because success should be enjoyed, not just achieved.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and the advance planning required to create this experience, all retreat payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once your place is secured, we begin arranging logistics, experiences, coordination, and resources specifically for our retreat group. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, changes in personal circumstances, travel issues, or inability to attend. We highly recommend ensuring your availability, travel arrangements, and accommodation plans before securing your place.
