I am the founder of The Brilliant Woman Movement and 6 other companies, host of The Brilliant Woman Podcast, and author of The Future of Business Is Female (Top 10 Women in Business), Heal Your Heart, and Wealthy Women.
I have spoken on stages including TEDx Cape Town, Women in Tech Summit, SheCommerce, AWConference, and many more around the world.
For the past 14 years, I’ve coached more than 5,000 entrepreneurs, mentored teams inside Fortune 500 companies, and supported over 20,000 students across six continents and 41 industries.

On my deathbed, if they ask me why I did it and whether it was worth it, I will say this without hesitation. I did it for women around the world, and every damn second was worth it.
I do this for the little Bulgarian girl who has no idea yet how big her dreams are allowed to be. For the woman who still questions herself, her power, and her right to want more. For women who are still restricted by systems, culture, and conditioning that deny them freedom, even though freedom is their birthright.
I come from the poorest country in the European Union, from chaos, from a mentality that quietly tells you entrepreneurship is not for people like you. At just 40 days old, my parents brought me into their pottery shop, and I grew up surrounded by clients from all over the world. That is where I learned how to communicate, how to sell, how to create, and how to work.
My mother used to tell me, “You were born to win.”
At 8 years old, I wrote my life script. I saw myself brave, wealthy, free, living by the ocean, and supporting my family. I did not just imagine it, I built it.
Today I have built and scaled 7 businesses ($7M+ to date), coached over 25,000 people, generated over $500M in client growth, and helped 25 women become self-made millionaires from zero. I have mentored teams inside Apple, Amazon, BMW, and more.
By 19, I spoke 4 languages, by 25 I had earned 2 Bachelor’s degrees and 2 Master’s degrees across publishing, journalism, marketing, and business, and by 28 I was working with global brands like Reuters, Microsoft, Nat Geo WILD, and Vice Magazine, often as the youngest person in the room, the only woman, and the only foreigner. In my early 20s, clients and media started calling me the Empress of Marketing, and I’ve now spent 13 years in this industry building, scaling, and positioning brands at the highest level.

I had a very happy childhood until my father became seriously ill and later passed away. Those were years filled with a lot of trauma. I was only 12 when I had my first awakening. After my father’s sudden loss, life didn’t make sense anymore, so I had to unlearn everything I thought I knew.
I read The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, and that marked a new beginning for me. At just 12 years old, my perspective on life completely changed. I entered a new world of self-development, meditation, and knowledge—one that most people only discover later in life. I read so many books that people started calling me The Encyclopedia (and I actually liked it).
By the age of 19, I had learned three languages. By 25, I had earned two Bachelor’s degrees—one in Publishing and one in Public Relations & Marketing—as well as two Master’s degrees—one in Journalism and one in Business. I became a highly qualified expert in my field.
By the age of 28, I had worked for world-renowned companies such as Reuters, Microsoft, Africa Geographic, Nat Geo WILD, Vice Magazine, Apple, and more in their social media, marketing, and content departments. Most of the time, I was the only woman in the boardroom (and the youngest). Certainly, the only foreigner.
I felt fulfilled and happy with everything I had achieved...until I didn’t. One night, I woke up at 4 AM in my house by the beach in Cape Town and thought… There has to be more. This is good, but I want more. I wondered: How can I improve more women's lives?
How everything unfolded and why i am now obsessed with helping women
The next day, a close friend of mine, Naledi, shared that
she was trapped in an abusive marriage with a husband who had been unfaithful for years.
Hearing that a capable, intelligent woman felt forced to stay
in a toxic situation simply because of money broke my heart.
I had recently left an unfaithful relationship myself,
but I could do so because I was financially stable. Naledi didn’t have that option.
Her story changed me. It opened my eyes to the reality many women still face,
and it’s what led me to commit to helping women build financial independence
so they can leave, choose freely, and rise.
Although she wanted to leave, she couldn’t,
she didn’t have the financial means to support her children on her own.
I promised her that would change.

Soon after, I built and scaled three highly profitable agencies serving clients across six continents and am currently running my fourth marketing agency.
I intentionally hired and trained women who needed immediate financial support, equipping them with real, in-demand skills to support high-level clients—many of whom were women reclaiming their financial independence.
Naledi was one of them. She went on to become a leading personal trainer in Dubai, building a business that has generated over $4 million.
I’ve helped countless female-owned companies reach their first million and beyond, and as everything scaled rapidly, my agency delivered both strategy and execution while I coached founders on leadership and performance.
The growth was fast and intense. I became known as “The Empress of Marketing,” but behind the success was unsustainable effort: seven days a week, 16-hour days. I was the bottleneck.
That experience reshaped my work.
